Ms. Pare is excited to join Nightwater Medical Center and utilize technology to see patients on both coasts.  She enjoys spending time getting to know her patients on a personal level in order to identify the factors that influence their health and collaborating with each individual patient to customize a plan to improve their health status.  Ms. Pare specializes in women’s health, including contraception, preconception care, and menopause management, as well as  management of gestational diabetes (in conjunction with the patient’s regular obstetrician).

Ms. Pare practices through a “Health At Every Size” framework and uses Intuitive Eating principles in her practice.  She believes that health isn’t dependent on body size and collaborates with patients to honor their beliefs and values while working towards improving their health goals.

Ms. Pare lives with her husband, two children, and two cats in New Hampshire.  She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring nature.
